Refund Policies and Rules

The WVU Board of Governors is in the process of implementing Rules which will amend, approve, and in some cases, repeal current Board of Governors Policies. Rule 5.13 - Tuition and Fees is currently out for public comment.  Comments received will be considered and any changes will be incorporated as appropriate.  This Rule will supersede and replace WVU Board of Governors Policy 39 - Assessment, Payment and Refund of Fees.
